All purchases are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for any reason. Therefore, please take the time to carefully pick your order.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, we will offer an exchange. To initiate an exchange, please email us at jadebyvani@gmail.com or WhatsApp on +91-9266449187 within 2-4 days of receiving your order. Please provide a clear uncut unboxing video or a photo of the received item along with the reason for the exchange.
We will then arrange for a pickup of the wrong item and dispatch the correct item as soon as possible. Please note that exchanges are only offered in the case of defective items or items that do not match your order. We do not entertain return or refund requests.
Items purchased during a sale are strictly non-exchangeable. We believe in offering significant discounts during our sales, and in return, we request our customers to carefully consider their choices before making a purchase.
